In honor of Black History Month, the Los Angeles LGBT Center is hosting The Future is Black: Embracing Our Roots. The day will include a ceremony, live performances, an art exhibit, dinner, a resource fair, and more, to celebrate and honor the continued advancement of black people. All are welcome to join us for a day of celebration and inspiration.

Keep it Fresh is a juried art exhibition which invites artists to show LA how they will “keep it fresh” in the new year by submitting a newly finished artwork, creating a new style or by submitting a piece that is signature of what they are known for.

Curated by Visual Culture Consulting, this exhibition benefits Art Share LA and POW! WOW! Worldwide, two art organizations which impact artists by providing opportunities to exhibit, create and so much more. Proceeds from the exhibition artwork sales will be divided between the featured artists and these impactful art organizations. 

Keep it Fresh will be featured at Angel City Brewery from January 10 - February 3, 2019 with an opening reception Thursday, January 10 from 6 - 10PM.

"Summer Salon" - Group Exhibition Show

The Chicago Flower & Garden Show, presented by Mariano's, will be blossoming once again, March 14 - 27 at Chicago's very own, Navy Pier. The Photography Competition is a special event that celebrates the creativity and beauty of plants, flowers, and green living. Each photograph entered will be reviewed by a panel of judges prior to the opening of the show, and will be scored based on creativity, composition, and technical merit.
